Shenzhen ShunFa Optoelectronic Co. is an LED light manufacturer whose primary focus is on the development, manufacturing, and distribution of its high quality LED products. Our primary line of products include LED lamps of various cap models, such as G4, G8, G9, B15, E11, E12, E14, E17, GY6, R7S and more. Our LEDs are widely used in indoor residential housing illumination and marine illumination installations.
In addition to our standard line of products, we also provide OEM and ODM orders for customers.
Since our foundation, ShunFa has been dedicated to providing the highest quality products possible. Currently, our factory covers an area of more than 2000 square meters and it is staffed by more than 100 employees. We have a technical staff of over 10 people who are capable of designing custom LED lights according to a variety of specifications depending on customer requirements.
Our products are certified by a number of authorities, including CE, RoHs, EMC, FCC, ETL, ERP, and others. ShunFa products feature more than 30 design patents concerning LED lights, including the world's first G4-COB light source design patent, and 2 design patents in regard to European and American products.
ShunFa utilizes a professional SMT manufacturing workshop, a light source workshop, dust-free workshop, gel irrigation workshop, burn-in test workshop, and other production facilities. Among the workshops listed above, the SMT manufacturing workshop features a Samsung swift surface mounting system a complete set of matching devices, enabling automatic surface mounting processes.
The light source workshop is equipped with a complete production flow including automatic die bonding, automatic wiring, automatic gluing, baking, and testing system. These features result in high quality light source components.
The burn-in test workshop is where we carry out long-time burn-in tests for all of our products in order to guarantee their level of quality.
ShunFa has received certification from the ISO9001 quality management system.
